Who Said God Has No Sense of Humor?
John Boehner let it be known today that GOD gave him his job back...or at least he "wrested it back from the hands of the devil".....by a thread.

Why doesn't God talk to those candidates on the left, I've often wondered. We're not so bad......we mean well, we like everybody, we give everybody the benefit of doubt (sometimes it backfires, but it's the principle...), and we want the best for this country, not the just the 1 per cent.
Then I took a look back at some these folks that swore that God spoke to them. Seems they also forgot:

On Saturday, at the Young Republican National Federation, GOP presidential hopeful Herman Cain announced that God had told him to get into the race. "I prayed and prayed and prayed. I'm a man of faith," Cain said. "And when I finally realized that it was God saying that this is what I needed to do, I was like Moses. 'You've got the wrong man, Lord. Are you sure?'" As an atheist, this may carry no weight....but I'm fairly certain if God called me for whatever mission, I may believe and do all I could to achieve that goal. However I'm can say with all certainty I wouldn't be telling anyone.
