and I don't mean that old Islam-Muslim-Arab-Shariah Law boogeyman that the Right loves to use to stir up their base.
I am talking about this sort of garbage:
"I can sense right now a rebellion brewing amongst these United States," Jindal said, "where people are ready for a hostile takeover of Washington, D.C.,…"
Throw in a little men's restroom disrespect and juvenile behavior on the part of the Faith and Freedom Coalition loving folks (Google it if you're in the dark….) and this is what you get.
Of course these same folks get all bent out of shape when this "terrorism trend" was pointed out to them in a study:
"Rightwing extremists are increasingly galvanized by these concerns
and leverage them as drivers for recruitment. From the 2008 election timeframe to the
present, rightwing extremists have capitalized on related racial and political prejudices in
expanded propaganda campaigns, thereby reaching out to a wider audience of potential
sympathizers."
I, for the life of me, cannot remember what was soooo different in the last two elections that could have possible stirred up this torment….
